From Nashville, Tennessee To Big Sky Estates (these directions start at the I-40/SR155 Briley Pkwy interchange, exit 215 on I-40)
- Follow I-40 east 74 miles to SR 111,exit 288. Go North on SR 111
- Follow SR 111 North 20 miles to Livingston, Tennessee (the following directions may seem a little confusing, but just keep going straight. The rout numbers change, but you are on the same road)
- At this point you pick up SR 85. You are on SR85/111
- Follow SR85/111 east .3 miles to where SR 111 turns to the left.
- Stay on SR85 for 1.3 miles where you pick up SR 52. You are now on SR 85/52 east
- Follow SR85/52 east 1.3 miles to the SR294/ SR85/52 junction. At this junction you will see the Overton Restaurant where the road Y's. SR294 goes to the left and SR52 to the right. You want to go to the right. Hwy 52
- Follow Hwy.52 for 15 miles to Riverton Rd. and turn left (there is a large sign on the right side of the road here that says Home of The Big South Fork)
- Follow Riverton Rd. 2.5 miles to Old Stevens Rd. (Old Stevens Rd. is a county maintained gravel rd.)
- Turn left on Old Stevens Rd. until you will come to a Y in the road, take the road to the left. Old Steven Rd turns into Big Sky Rd.
- 3/4 of a mile on Big Sky Rd. and your here at Big Sky Estates
From Louisville, Kentucky To Big Sky Estates
(these directions start at the I-65, I-265 junction at I-65 exit 125 just south of Louisville, Ky)
- Follow I-65 south 73 miles to SR 70, exit 53, go east on SR 70.
- Follow SR 70 east 0.2 miles to SR 90, go east on 90
- Follow SR 90 east 60.5 miles to SR 1590, turn right on 1590
- Follow SR 1590 6.5 miles to US 127 Turn right. (south)
- Follow US 127 south 6.9 miles to SR 111
- at the Tennessee State Border and turn right (south).
- Follow SR 111 15.1 miles to Dogwalk Rd and turn left (Jessie's Market is on this corner)
- Follow Dogwalk Rd 5.6 miles till it dead ends at Hwy. 52 and turn left (east).
- Follow Hwy.52 for 9.2 miles to Riverton Rd. and turn left (there is a large sign on the right side of the road here that says Home of The Big South Fork)
- Follow Riverton Rd. 2.4 miles to Old Stevens Rd. (Old Stevens Rd. is a county maintained gravel rd.)
- Turn left on Old Stevens Rd. until you will come to a Y in the road, take the road to the left. Old Steven Rd turns into Big Sky Rd.
- 3/4 of a mile on Big Sky Rd. and your here at Big Sky Estates
From Knoxville, Tennessee To Big Sky Estates
(these directions start where I-75 and I-40 merge together just southwest of Knoxville at mile marker 385 on I-40)
- Follow I-40 west 68 miles to exit 317, US 127 north
- Follow US 127 north 32 miles to SR 52 west
- Follow Hwy 52 west out of Jamestown 12.6 miles to Riverton Rd. and turn right (you will cross over two bridges on 52, the first crosses the Obey River, the second crosses Big Indian Creek, Riverton Rd. is a half mile past the second bridge.)
- Follow Riverton Rd. 2.5 miles to Old Stevens Rd. (Old Stevens Rd. is a county maintained gravel rd.)
- Turn left on Old Stevens Rd. until you will come to a Y in the road, take the road to the left. Old Steven Rd turns into Big Sky Rd.
- 3/4 of a mile on Big Sky Rd. and your here at Big Sky Estates
From Chattanooga, Tennessee To Big Sky Estates
(these directions start at the I-75, I-24 interchange in Chattanooga)
- Follow I-24 west 6.7 miles to US 27 North
- Follow US 27 North 22 miles to SR 111 North
- Follow SR 111 133.6 miles to Livingston, Tennessee (the following directions may seem a little confusing, but just keep going straight. The rout numbers change, but you are on the same road)

- Travel south I-75 124 miles to Exit 62. This is the Renfro Valley/ Mt. Vernon Exit.
- Turn right at the exit which puts you on SR 461 and follow 18.3 miles to where it ends at SR 80. Turn right (west).
- Follow SR 80 5.9 miles to SR 914 and turn left.
- Follow SR 914 7 miles to where it ends at US 27 and turn left (south).
- Follow US 27 2.3 miles to SR 90 and turn right (west).
- Follow SR 90 36 miles to SR 558 and turn left (southwest).
- Follow SR 558 1.5 miles to where it ends at US 127 and turn left (south).
- Follow US 127 9.1 miles to SR 111 at the Tennessee State Border and turn right (south).
